Erin Roepcke is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults, adolescents, couples, and families break out of painful patterns and build stronger, more connected relationships.

Since 2010, Erin has worked with clients across the lifespan — as a child and family therapist, hospice social worker, preventionist, care coordinator, and couples counselor. This range allows her to meet people exactly where they are, with curiosity, empathy, and perspective.

Erin is a mom, stepmom, and grandma, and a co-parent to incredible young adults. She has been a military spouse, and she has faced cancer as both a patient and a partner. These experiences shape how she shows up for the people she works with — and how she makes room for resilience, vulnerability, and the slow, honest work of change.

Erin's approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and collaborative. In therapy, she helps clients look beneath the surface — at how the nervous system, beliefs, and early relationships shape present-day patterns of emotion, connection, and protection. She draws from EMDR, somatic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and behavioral interventions to help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. A core part of her work often involves building emotional regulation — helping clients understand, manage, and respond to intense emotions without becoming overwhelmed or disconnected.
