About the Workshop:

As a therapist or helping professional, you spend your days attuning to others—listening, responding, supporting, problem-solving, and holding space. But in the busyness of work and everyday life, an important question can easily get lost: What do you know about yourself?

This experiential workshop invites you to slow down, step away from the noise, and reconnect with your own internal experience. This is not a clinical training designed to make you a better therapist. Rather, it is a dedicated space to remember the person underneath the helper role.
