Attendance & Cancellations
At With Intention Counseling, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Consistent attendance supports your progress and allows us to maintain availability for all clients.

Notice Period: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations.

Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will incur a $75 fee.

Rescheduling Credit: If you attend a rescheduled session within 7 days of the original missed appointment, your $75 fee will be applied toward that new session.

How to Cancel: You may cancel or reschedule via phone, email, or the client portal.
