Erin Roepcke, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Serving clients in Tucson and throughout Arizona (via telehealth)
I’m Erin Roepcke, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and relationship therapist who helps adults, adolescents, couples, and families break out of painful patterns and build stronger, more connected relationships.
Since 2010, I’ve supported clients across the lifespan—in roles ranging from child and family therapist to hospice social worker, preventionist, care coordinator, and couples counselor. This diverse experience allows me to meet people exactly where they are, with curiosity, empathy, and perspective.

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and collaborative. I’m a mom, stepmom, and grandma. I’ve been a military spouse and am now a co-parent to incredible young adults. I’ve faced cancer as both a patient and a partner—experiences that deeply inform how I hold space for resilience, vulnerability, and change.

In therapy, we’ll look beneath the surface—at how your nervous system, beliefs, and early relationships shape your present-day patterns of emotion, connection, and protection. I draw from EMDR, somatic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and behavioral interventions to help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. A core part of our work often involves building emotional regulation—helping you understand, manage, and respond to intense emotions without becoming overwhelmed or disconnected.

Whether you’re seeking couples or family therapy, individual support, or EMDR, I offer a supportive space to slow down, make sense of your story, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

If you’re ready to begin therapy, I’d be honored to support you.
My Vision
With Intention Counseling was created with the belief that meaningful, lasting change happens when people feel truly seen, supported, and empowered. My vision is to provide a space where clients can slow down, explore the roots of their struggles, and discover new ways of relating to themselves and others. I am committed to offering care that is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and practical, bridging deep insight with tools you can use in everyday life. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, my hope is to help people build resilience, strengthen connections, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention.
