Cancelation Policy

At With Intention Counseling, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations and missed sessions impact both your progress in therapy and my ability to offer this time to another client.

• Cancelation Fee: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed without notice, will be charged a $75 fee.

• Rescheduling Credit: If you reschedule and attend another session within 7 days of the missed appointment, that $75 will be applied toward your rescheduled session.

• How to Cancel: You can call, email, or use the client portal to cancel or reschedule.
